MoT prepares 200 modern buses to transport Iraqi pilgrims to Holy Lands

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Ministry of Transportation assured preparing (206) modern buses associated to the General Company for Transporting Passengers and Delegations (GCTPD) within the Ministry of Transportation, to transport the Iraqi pilgrims heading to the Holy Lands in KSA.

A statement by the MoT reported on Tuesday “A joint commission comprising the GCTPD and Hajj Board reached an agreement to prepare (206) modern buses of 2011-2012 years model to transport the Iraqi pilgrims to the Holy Lands across the land border outlets.”

Earlier, the first flight of the Iraqi pilgrims was launched at dawn on last Friday from Baghdad International Airport to the Holy Lands.
