Araji: Surplus of oil revenues to be distributed on Iraqi people

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Ahrar Bloc within the Sadr Trend, Baha al-Araji, confirmed that “Iraq achieved profits in the oil revenues,” announcing that “25% of these profits will be distributed on the Iraqi people.”

Araji mentioned that “Ahrar Bloc will hold a meeting with the Minister of Finance and Planning to complete setting the required mechanisms of distributing 25% of the financial revenues of the oil sector on the Iraqi people.”

Earlier, Ahrar Bloc has declared that the surplus of the financial revenues of oil products will be distributed among the Iraqis by end of 2012.
