4 IA Soldiers killed, Injured in Taji

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Four soldiers were killed and injured when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in northern Baghdad.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Saturday that ”The IED, which was emplaced on roadside, exploded targeting an Iraqi Army police patrol in Taji area (20 KM) to the north of Baghdad ,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing a soldier and injuring three other.”

The source added “The Army forces transported the dead body to the morgue and the injured soldiers to the hospital for treatment.”
