Hila local council urges to reduce stray dogs’ proliferation

Babel (IraqiNews.com) The local council of Hila city, capital of Babel province, urged the concerned authorities to reduce the phenomenon of the stray dogs’ proliferation.

The head of the Council, Hamza Nasir al-Khafaji, told IraqiNews.com “Hila local council officially demanded the stakeholders especially the supervisory ones to eliminate the stray dogs’ deployment after increasing the death cases recently especially the children due to their exposure to attacks of those dogs.”

It is worth to mention that Babel and its center Hila witness clear proliferation of stray animals especially the stray dogs that arouse horror among the citizens in their residential neighborhoods.
