Allaq announces reducing traveling costs of governmental delegations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Ali al-Allaq, announced that the costs of the traveling of the governmental delegations will be reduced.

A statement by the Secretariat of the CoM received by IraqiNews.com on Monday cited “Allaq denied the reports over spending one USD Billion for the governmental and ministerial delegations.”

“The allocated sum for the delegations was (120) USD Million yearly where it will be reduced in 2013 budget to be (30) USD Million,” he added, noting that “The reduced amount will be allocated for the rehabilitation of the governmental hospitals.”
