KIC grants license for tourist project

Karbala (IraqiNews.com) The Investment Commission in Karbala province granted an investment license to build tourist complex at the entrance of Karbala-Baghdad highway.

A source from the Investment Commission reported to IraqiNews.com on Monday that ”The total area of the complex is (40 Acres) and the total cost of the complex reaches IQD (33,000,979,000),” noting that “The project is supposed to be accomplished during two years and it aims to develop the tourist field in the province as well as providing the hotel services.”

The source continued saying that ”The project will contain two buildings and (96) apartments as well as a supermarket.”

The source added that ”The project will include restaurant, cafes, mosque, swimming pool, sports hall, playground, green areas and parks in addition to two electricity power generators and all the infrastructure services.” \
