A preliminary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The parliament approved the suggestion of canceling Article (40) of the General Budget submitted by the Parliamentary Legal and Finance Committees.”

The parliament included in its regular session of Saturday the suggestion of canceling the Article (40) of the General budget.
