Dulaimi: Many politicians think Talabani works for Kurds’ interest not as maintainer to constitution

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Kamil al-Dulaimi, of the Iraqiya Slate ruled out “The adherence of the politicians to the call of the President, Jalal Talabani, to stop the tensed statements”, noting that “Many politicians know that Talabani works for the Kurds’ interest and not as the maintainer to the constitution or the president of Iraq.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said ” The politicians will not adhere to Talabani’s call over stopping the tensed statements in order to give him a chance in bringing the various views closer and setting a good atmosphere to settle the crisis,” noting that “Many politicians know that Talabani is not the maintainer of the constitution, but works for the benefit of the Kurds.”

He expressed his regret over “The last tensed statements by the political blocs, calling then to avoid such statements.”
