Security delegation arrive Diyala to discuss security situation

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) A security delegation from the ministry of Interior arrived to Diyala province and held meeting with the security leaders to discuss the security situation and the security plan that will be conducted during the upcoming Eid al-Adha.

A security source told IraqiNews.com on Tuesday “A security delegation headed by Director General of MoI Affairs, Hassan Kokiz, has arrived Diyala where it held meeting with the police commander, Major General, Abdul Hussein al-Shimmary, and Dijla Operations Command to assess the security situation and the security plan intended for Eid Adha.”

It is worth to mention that Diyala province and its center Baquba witness from time to time violence operations and armed attacks carried out by gunmen to target civilians and security forces.
