Pentagon chief in Baghdad on surprise visit

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates has arrived on a surprise visit to the capital Baghdad, the semi-official al-Iraqiya TV said. Gates is expected to hold talks with Iraqi officials over several issues, the state-run television channel said. The visit is the 10 th by Gates to Iraq. SS (P) 1
