Terrorism treats all religions, sects, communities as enemies, confirms Jaafary

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibraheem al-Jaafary, expressed his concerns over terrorism confirming that “Terrorism treats all the religions, sects and communities as enemies.”

A statement by Jaafary’s office received by IraqiNews.com quoted him as saying during his participation held by the UNAMI on the occasion of the international day over UNSC’s resolution NO. 1325 “If we ignored the terrorism, it will be increased but we are intensifying our efforts to preserve Iraq from terrorism which has no homeland, no religion and no sect.”

“The modern terrorism started its activities against the US then moved to Egypt, Spain, Italy, France, the Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Iraq as well as all the areas in the world,” he continued.

“I am not afraid of the Sunni sect to attack the Shiite nor the opposite similarly I am not concerned over the Muslims from the other religions’ advocators but I am afraid of the terrorism which treats all the religions, sects and communities as enemies,” he concluded.
