Vieira to Cyprus to include Hawar

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Coach Vieira of the Iraqi soccer team will travel to Cyprus next Tuesday to determine whether player Hawar al-Mullah Mohammed will participate in the upcoming Arab Gulf tournament, said the coordinator of the Iraqi soccer federation. “Vieira aims at reaching an agreement with a club there that Hawar plays for, to ensure his participation in the 19 th Arab Gulf tournament,” Saad al-Zeheri told IraqiNews.com. “The tournament will take place in Oman, from January 4 to the 17, 2009,” he added.
