Talabani congratulates Barzani, Mustafa on Eid Occasion

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President, Jalal Talabani, congratulated the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, and the Head of Taghyeer Movement, Nishirwan Mustafa, with two separated messages on Thursday.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan cited “Talabani sent a congratulatory message to Barzani on Eid occasion,” noting that “Talabani wished the Eid to be filled with happiness, peace and love for all parties and an occasion to resolve the problems of the country and develop the foundations of democracy and freedom in Iraq.”

“Talabani expressed his wishes to receive this occasion with peace and security and agreement over the disputes in another message he sent for Mustafa,” the statement concluded.
