Saad calls to grant service budget to local governments instead of ministries

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Suzan al-Saad of the Iraqi National Alliance called the legislative and executive authorities to set suitable mechanisms to distribute the money sums of the service budget of 2013 on provinces after the failure of the service ministries in providing the services to the citizens.

Saad pointed out that “We suggest to grant the local governments in all province part of the service budget according to the need of each province instead of granting those sums to the service ministries which proved its failure in providing the basic services to the citizens over long years.”
