IA Soldier killed in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) An Iraqi army soldier was killed due to an armed attack in southern Mosul.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Tuesday ”A soldier was killed due to an armed attack implemented by unidentified gunmen, targeting an Iraqi army patrol in Qeyara neighborhood (60 KM) to the south of Mosul city, the capital of Nineveh province.”

The source added “The gunmen managed to flee after the attack while the army forces transported the dead body of the victim to the morgue.” \
