Nijaifi congradulates Obama for winning second term of US presidency

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, congradulated the US President, Barrack Obama, of winning the second term of the US presidency elections.

In the congrdulatory letter received by IraqiNews.com on Thursday, Niajifi said “On behalf of the Iraqi MPs, I would like to congrdualte you on winning the second term of the US president post where electioing you is resulted from the trust of the US people in you and due to your former experience in the national and international levels.”

“We hope you all the best in achiving the interet of the friendly US people where we assur our wish to develop the mutual relations to the highest levels,” he concluded.

With only Florida’s 29 electoral votes still undecided, Obama won 303 electoral votes to Romney’s 206.

In his speech in Chicago after his re-election Tuesday night, Obama addressed Romney saying “We may have battled fiercely, but it’s only because we love this country deeply and we care so strongly about its future.”
