Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The National Security Council decided to re-negotiate with Russia over the armament deals.

The spokesperson of the government, Ali al-Dabbagh, stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Monday “The government did not sign any deal with Russia over the arming the Iraqi Army yet, but it negotiated with it due to the need of Iraq to the defense weapons.”
