Citizen bloc expresses readiness to settle disputes between Erbil, Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Citizen bloc expressed its readiness to increase its efforts in settling the disputes between Kurdistan Region and the central government according to the constitution and the interests of the Iraqi people.

A statement by the bloc received by IraqiNews.com cited “After the increase of the current crisis and its affects on the citizens, the citizens were pleased by the initiatives to settle it; by they were shocked by sending military forces to the disputes areas which will complicate the crisis.”

“The Citizen bloc and due to its adherence to the continuity of the political stability, calls the political sides to conduct dialogue according to the constitution regarding the pending issues,” the statement added.

The bloc called “The political sides to stop the tensed statement in order to settle the current crisis,” the statement concluded.
