WRM implements plan to dig wells at Najaf

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The technical and engineering personnel of the general directorate for digging wells in Najaf province started works of digging 7 wells for purposes of landscaping, irrigation and other usages.

A statement by the Ministry of Water Resources cited “Digging these wells is part of a plan set by the Well Digging Dept to serve the public interest in Najaf and Diwaniya provinces.”

“The works include digging wells at the shrine of Martyr Mohammad Baqer al-Sadr, and wells to irrigate the landscaping of Ya Hussein road,” the statement added.
