IHEC inaugurates 37 electoral centers in Babel

Babel (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission announced the inauguration of 37 electoral centers in Babel and employing eight employees in each center.

The media chief of the IHEC office in Babel, Amir Jihad, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The IHEC inaugurated 37 electoral centers in Babel province where there are legal, artistic and logistic preparations for the next local elections in the province.”

“Eight political parties out of 250 were specified in all over Iraq in addition to taking the ration of the population into consideration,” he added.

“About 62 candidates will compete on 30 seats in the province where the IHEC is conducting the media propaganda to identify the elections to the citizens,” he concluded.
