Jordanian official stresses desire to enhance cooperation with Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Jordanian Minister of Housing & Construction, Yahia al-Kasbi, stressed intention to enhance the work of the unified codes among the Arabic housing and construction ministries in collaboration with Hippie Tate Organization.

Kasbi added in a statement to IraqiNews.com “The conference of the Arab Ministers of H & C will discuss the topic of establishing an organization to facilitate the entry of the Jordanian contractors, investors, and engineers to Iraq.”

“The Iraqi Premier, Nouri al-Maliki welcomed this request,” he added.

“I promised to visit Iraq soon on top of a delegation comprising Jordanian engineers, technicians, and investors,” he stressed.

“We seek to increase the Arabic representation in the UN through establishing untied Arabic forum to be submitted at Nairobi forum in 2013,” Kasbi concluded.

Earlier, conference of the Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction has started in Baghdad on this Tuesday in presence of the Iraqi Premier al-Maliki.
