Basra & Houston concludes twins agreement

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Basra Governor Khalaf Abdul Samad concluded a contract with Mayor of Houston city in US Texas State, Anise Parker, to twin Basra province with Houston city.

A statement by the US Works Council cited that “After visiting Washington, Samad headed to visit Houston where they he met with local officials as well a number of companies which expressed readiness to invest in Iraq.”
