Arbaeen security plan prepared in Babel

Babel, Hilla (IraqiNews.com) The police command of Babel province declared setting a security plan for the Arbaeen pilgrimage in Babel province.

The Commander of Babel police department, Brigadier General Abbas al-Shamran, reported during a joint press conference, that was held in participation with the Commander of the Middle Euphrates Operations, General Othman al-Ghanimi, and several other security leaders, and was attended by the correspondent of IraqiNews.com on Saturday ”The province of Babel has been divided into four security sectors in coordination with the rest of the Middle Euphrates provinces to prevent any security breach that may target pilgrims during Arbaeen pilgrimage.”

”The first security sector will be represented in deploying federal police supported by the quick response forces inside Hilla city while the second part of the security plan will be tasked to army forces which will be deployed in the border areas of the province and the farmlands particularly in northern Babel province,” the statement added.

”The traffic police will assume the third sector of the security plan since they will organize the movement of the vehicles and inspect all suspected cars,” he added, pointing out that ”The fourth part of the security plan will be the task of the national security body (intelligence) which will spread its elements among citizens in civil uniform to monitor any suspicious cases and deal with it immediately.” \
