Maliki, Arab Ambassadors discuss political cases, regional updates

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, and a number of the Arab Ambassadors to Iraq discussed the political cases and the regional developments.

A statement by Maliki’s office quoted him as saying “We support all the Arab peoples in their struggle to ensure freedom and democracy without thinking on behalf of them.”

He warned from “The radical movements appeared in some parts of the Arabic world,” calling to “Take a unified stance against terrorism that is considered as a danger for all sides.”

Maliki stressed “Consolidating the cooperation between Iraq and the other countries in all political and economic levels.”

“Iraq overcomes difficult security stages depending on its national efforts and unity,” he added.

“For their parts, the Ambassadors praised Iraq‘s role and it’s developing relations with the Arab countries through its success in hosting the Arab Summit and the Conference of the Palestinian Detainees in Israeli detention,” the statement concluded.
