Endowment Committee calls HR Committee to postpone discussing Freedom of Expression law in parliament
A press statement released by the Committee cited “The Endowment Committee held a meeting headed by the head of the Committee, Ali al-Allaq, to discuss the Freedom of Expression law draft where it decided to request the HR Committee to postpone discussing this law till holding a joint meeting between the two Committees.”
“The Endowment Committee submitted its report over the Pilgrimage of 1433 Hijri year, to the parliament chairmanship in addition to forming a preparatory committee for the international conference over forming a center for the religious forgiveness and dialogue,” the statement added, noting that “At the end of the meeting, the Committee decided to contact the Haj and Umra Committee to specify its allocation from 2013 budget.”
