Alwani: Demonstrations in Ramadi resulted from calls of chieftains, political sides

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ahmed al-Alwani, of the Iraqiya Slate stated that the demonstrations that took place in Ramadi and Falluja cities were resulted from the calls of the chieftains, scholars and the political sides in Anbar province.”

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “The civil disobedience called for was due to the violations against the patriotic figures of Anbar province where all the citizens of Anbar support their political leaders and reject underestimating them.”

“The citizens want reformation to the political process because it cannot be trusted any more where the accusations are released and no justice is shown,” he concluded.

It is worth mentoring that the citizens of Anbar province started a civil disobedience since last Sunday due to arresting the guards of the Finance Minister, Rafi al-Esawi.
