INA MP calls to positively deal with Anbar demonstrations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Karim Alewi, of the Iraqi National Alliance called the political figures of the Iraqiya Slate, the chieftains and the religious men in Anbar to keep the demonstrations in their peaceful content, calling the government to positively deal with these demonstrations.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Thursday, he said “While condemning lifting the former flag which represent the former regime, by the demonstrators, we call the political figures if the IS to keep the demonstrations in their peaceful content and not to instigate sectarianism.”

He called “The religious men and the chieftains to hold their responsibility towards their country to preserve its unity by not allowing its enemies to target its people.”

“The government is requested to positively deal with these demonstrations to avoid the crisis by holding a meeting with the chieftains and the representatives of the Sunni sect to avoid the sectarian sedition,” he concluded.
