4 Iraqi clubs to participate in Arab Judo championship
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary General of Judo Central Union, Uday Tariq, stated that “Four Iraqi clubs will participate in the Arab Clubs Championship which will take place in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, from 23-30 of January.”Uday mentioned in statement to IraqiNews.com that ”The four Iraqi clubs of Shurta, Hur, Shatra and Diyala will participate in Judo Arab Championship.””The Union finally decided that the Iranian coaches Ali Akbar and Yusif Redhi to supervise the training of the national team,” he added, pointing out that ”The coaches will arrive at the beginning of 2013.”Uday continued saying that ”We really hope to achieve positive results in the Judo championship and we depend on the experience of the Iranian coaches to enhance the level of the game in Iraq.”
