Russian companies can compete in oil sector-minister

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi minister of oil on Wednesday said that Russian companies can compete with others in line with the mechanism set by his ministry for the development of oilfields. “Today, Minister Hussein al-Shahrestani discussed with a Russian delegation the possibility of boosting economic and oil relations between the two countries,” the director of the media department in the ministry, Aasem Jihad, told IraqiNews.com news agency.
