PUK, KDP stress necessity of carefully dealing with current Iraqi issues

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and Kurdistan Democratic Party stressed the necessity of carefully dealing with the current issues in Iraq.

A statement by the PUK received by IraqiNews.com cited “The Political bureaus of PUK and the KDP convened at PUK Political Bureau Headquarter in Sulaimany.”

“The KDP delegation was headed by the Premier, of Kurdistan Region, Nijervan Barzani, where they discussed ways to promote joint relations and latest developments in Iraqi political process,” the statement added.

“They assured that the situation of Iraqi political process has reached a critical stage, urging to hold a new meeting under the supervision of President of Kurdistan Region, and also another inclusive meeting in attendance of all Kurdish political parties to discuss these issues,” the statement concluded.
