Urgent – .Dozens of citizens killed, injured in Kirkuk due car bombings target KDP

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) Dozens of citizens were killed and injured when car bombs exploded targeting the headquarter of the Kurdistani Democratic Party, headed by Masoud Barzani, in central Kirkuk on Wednesday morning.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The two car bombs went off targeting KDP building in Atlas Street of central Kirkuk, killing and injuring dozens of citizens and causing material damages to the nearby houses and shops.”

“The death toll is not identified yet because the political forces blocked the explosions area and the ambulances hurried to transfer the injured and the dead to hospital,” the source concluded.
