Nijaifi calls security forces sides to investigate crime of assassinating Esawi

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, called the security sides in Anbar province to launch a comprehensive investigation over the crime of assassinating late MP, Efan al-Esawi, to pursue the killers and to present them the courts.

A statement by Nijaifi’s office received by IraqiNews.com quoted him as saying “As we condemn strongly this crime that was implemented by the murderers who killed the figure who was firmly supporting the demonstrators’ demands and confronting terrorism.”

“We condole Esawi’s family and relatives asking God to bless his soul,” the statement concluded.

It is worth mentioning that MP, Efan al-Esawi has been assassinated on Tuesday by a suicide bombing in eastern Ramadi, capital of Anbar province.
