Turkmen Community becomes victim for disputes between Arabs, Kurds, says Bazoni
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Jawad al-Bazoni, of the Iraqi National Alliance pointed out “The Turkmen Community became a victim for the escalated disputes between the Arabs and the Kurds.”
Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said ” The Turkmen is a small community in Iraq and most of them belong to Shiite sect so they are victim for the disputes between Shiite Arab and Sunni Arab sects from one side and between the Arabs and the Kurds from the other side in addition to the foreign agenda in Kirkuk.”
“The politicians led Iraq to a critical stage in order to win in the next elections because they failed in presenting the services and eliminating corruption so they exploited the masses through sectarianism,” he stressed.
“The efforts of the religious authorities to solve the crisis are not enough so Iraq will no more be unified and will be divided into three disputed regions because they will be formed according to sectarian base rather graphical base,” he concluded.
Earlier, 87 civilians were killed and injured, on Wednesday, among them Salah il-Din Governor Undersecretary, Ahmed Abdul Wahid, and the Secretary General of the Turkmen Front, Ali Hashim, due to suicide bombing in Tuz Khurmatu district.
