KA doubts Iraqi Government’s intention to settle pending disputed areas file

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Kurdistani Alliance expressed suspicions over the Iraqi Federal Government’s deliberate procrastination in concluding the final agreement over the military deployment in the disputed areas.

The spokesperson of the KA, Muayad al-Tayib, told Iraqi News “The Government’s procrastination in concluding the final agreement with Kurdistan Region over the military deployment in the disputed areas makes the local officials in those areas doubt the government’s earnest intention to settle this file.”

Earlier, delegation from the Kurdistan Region has arrived to Baghdad on Sunday to resume the mutual meetings related to discussing the military deployment in the disputed areas.
