Suicide bomber arrested in Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: The Asayesh servicemen (Kurdish security forces) on Tuesday arrested a suicide bomber with an explosive belt on him while he attempting to detonate himself in central Kirkuk, said the deputy director of the city’s Asayesh. “The bomber’s name is Muthana Jasim Abdullah,” Colonel Salar Khalid told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The arrest operation took place near al-Shohadaa (Martyrs) Bridge, central Kirkuk,” he added.
