Mosul demonstrators targeted by bomb

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: An improvised explosive device (IED) on Sunday targeted a crowd of demonstrators in Mosul city protesting Israeli attacks on Gaza, according to eyewitnesses. “Today, an explosive charge detonated in al-Dawasa area, downtown Mosul, near demonstrators protesting Israeli attacks on Gaza,” an eyewitness told IraqiNews.com. “The attack left several people killed or wounded,” the eyewitness added. Nearly 200 people were reported dead after Israeli F-16 bombers launched a series of air strikes against multiple targets in the Gaza Strip.
