Khafaji describes Anbar demonstrations as “Proposal to ruin political process

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Mahdi al-Khafaji, of the State of Law Coalition pointed out “The demonstrations in Anbar province are a proposal to ruin the political process.”

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he mentioned “The proposal in Anbar is to ruin the political process rather than to reform it,” noting that “There are many simple persons among the demonstrators yet some foreign agenda and political sides work on toppling the political regime in the country.”

“The number of the released detainees is not to solve the crisis,” he added, stressing that “The international side’s interference represented by the UN is a positive issue to realize the Governmental steps towards the reforms.”
