Iraq’s president wraps up 4-day visit to Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal Talabani left Kirkuk on Wednesday, wrapping up a four-day visit to the oil-rich province, during which he held talks with the main political components, the media secretary of Talabani said.
