Car bomb explodes in Diyala

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) 16 persons were killed and injured due to car bomb explosion amid people market in Khan Bani Saad district of southern Diyala.

The director of Diyala Police media, Colonel, Ghalib al-Jubouri, told IraqiNews.com on Tuesday “A car bomb exploded amid people market in Khan Bani Saad to the south of Diyala, resulted in killing 2 people and injuring 14 others.”

“The security forces cordoned off the blast spot and imposed strict measures in anticipation of another explosion,” he added.
