Kurdistan’s parliament debates provincial council bill

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The Parliament of Iraq’s Kurdistan region on Tuesday held a regular session, headed by Speaker Adnan al-Mufti, to debate a draft law on the region’s provincial councils. “Amendments have been introduced to the bill,” al-Mufti told IraqiNews.com.
