BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi authorities tomorrow will receive security responsibilities in Baghdad’s fortified Green Zone, according to a spokesperson for the U.S. embassy in Baghdad. “The handover will take place during an official ceremony on Thursday, which marks the launch of the security agreement between the two sides,” Susan Ziyada told IraqiNews.com.
