Elections center burned in Kirkuk

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) An elections center was burned in Kirkuk province.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Sunday ”Unidentified gunmen waged an attack on an elections center, burning it, in Wassiti area of Kirkuk province,” noting that “The center was estabished at a primary school for the displaced voters in the province.”

”The gunmen threatened to kill the guards of the school and they set fire on the school which resulted in burning the whole room of teachers,” the source added.

”The civil defense teams managed to put out the fire and started an investigation over the incident,” the source concluded. \
