Economic expert urges to combat financial, administrative corruption

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Economic expert, Bakr al-Jaish, predicted the 2013 Budget to be similar to former budgets in case the financial and administrative corruption remained the same.He mentioned in statement to IraqiNews.com on Monday ”The Government should eliminate the corruption because it really has negative impact on budget disbursement.””If the State budget was disbursed correctly, it will achieve a quite improvement, though adopting the same mechanisms will lead us to the same dead end,” he added.”The final statements of the former budgets are not delivered yet and that will adversely affect the disbursement of 2013 Budget,” he pointed out. \
