Head of IHEC, delegation of UN embassy discuss receiving international observers for elections in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Independent High Electoral Commission, Sarbast Mustafa, discussed with a delegation from the US embassy the possibility of receiving the international observers to observe the next elections.

A statement by the IHEC received by IraqiNews.com cited “Mustafa received a delegation from the US embassy where they discussed the possibility of receiving the international observers and providing the security protect for them in order to hold the elections in time.”
