EM discusses with, Egyptian delegation exchanging experiences in electric field

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Electricity Minister, Karim Aftan, discussed with an Egyptian delegation the mutual cooperation and exchanging the experiences in the electric field.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Electricity, Musaab al-Mudaris, stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday “Aftan met with an Egyptian delegation comprises the Egyptian EM and some representatives of the electric companies in Egypt.”

“Aftan expressed his wishes to achieve good resolutions from the join Iraqi-Egyptian Committee over the electric field in Iraq,” he added.

“The Egyptian Undersecretary of the MoE explained the capacities of the Egyptian electric units in addition to the ability of the two Egyptian companies to provide services in Iraq,” he pointed out.

“Aftan called the Egyptian delegation to visit the generation units in order to provide their suggestions to develop them,” he concluded.
