Young man commits suicide in Maysan

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) A young man committed a suicide in Maysan province due to unemployment.

The head of the Health Committee within Maysan Provincial Council, Maytham al-Fartosi, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The young man, Saad Abdul Amir l-Ghalibi, who is about 20 years old committed a suicide due to the unemployment and the miserable economic situation in Majar al-Kabir district of northern Maysan province.”

“Ghalibi submitted many employment request, but he did not get a job,” he added, noting that “This issue resulted in making him mentally sick and committing the suicide.”
