PUK: CG, Kurdistan Region crisis can be settled through dialogue

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The political office of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan announced that the crisis between the Central Government and Kurdistan Region can be settled through the dialogue by taking the merits of Kurdistan Region into consideration.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Sunday, the OPUK stated “The PUK, during its meeting on Saturday night, discussed the political crisis between Kurdistan Region and the CG that was created after the endorsement of the General Budget of 2013.”

“The PUK assured that the current crisis can be settled through the dialogue among the Kurdish sides and the other political blocs by taking the merits of Kurdistan Region into consideration,” the statement concluded.
