73 persons killed, injured in Baghdad, Babel on Tuesday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) As a result of the series of car bombings hit Baghdad and Babel provinces, 73 persons were killed and injured on Tuesday.

The initial count conducted by IraqiNews.com showed “66 persons were killed and injured due to 7 car bombings targeted Kadhimiya, Shula, Hussainiya, Mashtal, Baghdad al-Jidida and Zafaraniya area as well as Sadr city.”

An employee was killed due to the explosion of an Adhesive Explosive Device attached to his vehicle.

Six persons were killed and injured due to a car bombing took place in Iskandariya district of northern Babel.

The given casualties’ numbers are initial and the death toll of Shula explosion is not identified yet.
