Shubar: Postponing local elections in Anbar, Nineveh provinces aim at covering security breaches

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ali Shubar, of the Citizen bloc stated “The decision of postponing the elections of the Provincial Councils in Anbar and Nineveh provinces is a game to cover the security breaches and escape the responsibility of the failure of the security forces.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The CoM should not decide such a decision without discussing it in the parliament where I think it is a game to make the people away from the disturb security situation and the failure of the security forces,” calling “To investigate all the security leaders starting from the General Commander of the Armed Forces.”

“The number of the bombings proves the failure of the security forces and their plans where there are some areas that have no breaches which show the success of their security forces,” he concluded.
