IP Captain injured in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A Police Captain was injured when an Improvised Explosive Device IED exploded to the east of Baghdad.Security source reported to the correspondent of IraqiNews.com on Monday “The IED, which was attached to the civil vehicle of the Police Captain, exploded while he was passing through Jayish Channel Road of eastern Baghdad.””The explosion caused material damage to the Captain’s vehicle,” the source added, noting that “The injured Captain was transported to the hospital by the security forces for treatment.” END
